Grand Bay on Marco Island was built in 1990. The beachfront condominiums, with views of Factory Bay and the Marco River, are one, two or three bedroom units with screened lanais. Boat docks, either owned or leased, are available and have easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a heated pool and covered parking. The prices are usually under $600,000.
